NISPA conference set for April 4, 2025

The Northern Illinois Press Association’s annual gathering for high school journalists will return to the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn on April 4, 2025.

NISPA is dedicated to highlighting the accomplishments and education of high school journalists throughout Northern Illinois. At the annual conference, students and high school advisors have the opportunity to experience a wide variety of journalism workshops. At the close of the conference, NISPA awards bronze, silver, and gold certificates, as well as a Golden Eagle trophy to the best entries of the year.

Entries are due Jan. 14, 2025, and winners are announced at the spring conference. Online and print news can enter the contest using the guidelines and entry form. Yearbook entry forms will be released soon. Membership is required for entry. Advisors should update their memberships as soon as possible using this hyperlinked form.
